Dubai Fitness Challenge heats up

Up your ante for your fitness goals and break a sweat this weekend as Dubai Fitness Challenge action continues at The Pointe at Palm Jumeirah.

With the ever-growing 30×30 fitness challenge in full swing across Dubai, The Pointe is upping its game from 7 to 9 November by hosting adrenaline-filled boxing sessions and an Olympic distance.

Fit Boys Boxing Gym: 7 to 9 November
Leading fitness club, Fit Boys Gym, will welcome competitors and the public to The Pointe for three days of training and competitive rounds, with prizes up for grabs.

Participants of all ages can strengthen their body and mind by working on skills inside the boxing ring or fitness regimes ringside.

The action begins 5.30 pm on 7 November in the TOP KING competition boxing ring with children’s boxing, followed by Fighters Interclub boxing from 6.30 pm.

From 5 pm on Friday, 8 November, the public can hook, jab, and uppercut its way to fitness through a range of kids’ boxing and fit box classes.

Trifest at The Palm: Friday, 8 November 2019
Ashurst Trifest is back for 2019, with The Pointe providing the perfect starting venue for the swim, bike and run event.

Starting at 6 am, the triathlon is open to a variety of age groups across three distances: super sprint, sprint, and Olympic.

Trifest at The Palm is open to individuals and teams, with trophies for winners and goody bags for all participants.
